Global Tasks - Delete Failures

Print this Topic Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Email Autoresponder has the ability to manage bounced email. Each time an email to one of your subscribers bounces, the failures is noted in the subscriber's record.

When the number of failures reaches a certain level (as defined in the E-Mail Failures setting in the Profiles screen), the subscriber will have their status changed to “Failed” and no more attempts will be made to send email to that

subscriber.

These failed subscribers can be quickly and permanently deleted from your Email Autoresponder system by selecting the Subscribers » Global Tasks » Delete Failures option from the menu bar. You will be asked to confirm your action.

This action is a global action. It ignores any filter you have in place.
