You can create a custom message that your subscriber will receive, asking them to confirm their subscription. This is entered in the Subscription Confirmation Email Text box in the Campaigns » Properties screen of each autoresponder.

Your custom message must contain the {CONFIRMATION_LINK} tag, so that your subscriber has a link they can click to confirm their subscription. The default confirmation message automatically has this link embedded in it.
